The Lisbon India Monitor is a weekly opinion and analysis roundup on Indian strategic affairs, including a specific section on India's relations with Africa, Latin America and the Portuguese-speaking countries (in particular Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique, and Timor).
The Monitor is going through an initial test phase – feedback and suggestions are welcome.

Constantino Xavier is a Fulbright sponsored PhD candidate at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University, Washington DC.
